* Bench and filed calibration of air operated valves, flow, level, temperature gauges and pressure control valves.
* Calibration of flow, level, pressure transmitter, pressure switch, level switch and differential pressure indicator switch among other instruments including thermocouples used in the petrochemical plant.
* Testing (POP), overhauling and calibration of relief valves and transmitters.
* Continuity, line check, trouble shooting of instrument field bus & smart etc…
* Termination of all cables in instrument technical room.
* Marshaling control panel, FGM, IPM, DCS, RDAS, ASCP, TCP, MP & compressor panel.
* Replacing of defective parts of control valves and hydro testing.
* Operate Crosby dual testing bench.
* Read, understand and interprets of P&I Diagrams and Logic Diagrams related to interlocking and emergency Shutdown Systems.
* Write material requisition/deficiency report, performance report, daily activity report needed by the management.
* Signs specification, data sheets, calibration sheets, after thorough checking of instruments involved prior to actual installation.
