* Review and Approval of Process Data Sheets (PDS) for Individual Equipments, Package Units and Instruments for Design Basis, Design Codes, MOC, Insulation, Inspection and Testing;
* Engineering of Balance of Plant (BoP) in sync with Licensor requirements;
* Preparation of ITBs (Technical Specifications) for various Packages/Individual Equipments;
* Evaluation of Technical bids and preparation of Comparison sheets;
* Review of Piping specifications and Material master data;
* Developing Technical specification for Utilities;
* Preparation of BOQ for Piping, Insulation, Painting, Cleaning and Instrumentation;
