SUMMARY:
Twenty years instrument and control systems experience includes positions as: lead instrument and control system engineer on onshore and offshore design and construction projects for oil and gas plants, refineries, pipelines and chemical plants; design project engineer for new DCS, PLC and SCADA systems and for instrumentation and control systems upgrades; advanced control systems engineer in a large oil refinery; instrumentation and control systems engineer for operations in oil and gas terminals and pipelines; staff instrumentation consultant and controls specialist. Project management experience in lead and staff positions for front-end (FEED) and detailed engineering design (EPC) projects includes: cost estimating, scheduling, progress tracking, procurement, development of instrument and control system specification, as well as interfacing with client project personnel.
