Subsea and Completion supervisor onboard the Saipem 10K Drillship on the Rosa field offshore Angola. Responsible for supervising the installation of subsea completions in approx 1400m water depth. Also responsible for coiled tubing, wireline and well test activities.
Duties include the following;

Guarantee the follow up the subsea operations during completion and intervention, respecting the company procedures, safety and environment.
Optimisation of procedures in order to reduce costs and delays
Manage effectively the subsea completion crews to ensure optimum planning and preparation and thus reducing the non productive time and also the invisible lost time.
Supervise the logistics of offshore subsea personnel and equipment, in order to optimise offshore operations.
Provide regular feedback to the onshore subsea completion support team with a view to improve the operations while respecting the safety of personnel and equipment.
Report and discuss with the onshore subsea superintendent any anomaly detected in order to anticipate potential problems and define adequate solutions.
