Work Description:

* Looking after the operation of 700 (one of the largest plant in india with production of 700 TPD in single line ) TPD PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) chips plant on PTA( Pure terephthalic Acid) Bases.

* Handling of Raw Material, Man-power and maintaining process parameters for good product quality and day to day jobs.

* Got good information regarding operation of YOKOGAWA CS 3000 DCS.

* Handling Problem like Power failure, Primary (HTM Heater) failure.

* Chips conveying and chain conveying system by XEPECL china for PTA.

POSITION OF RESPONSIBILITY HELD:

* Production Planning & Scheduling & achieving Production Targets.

* Process Control, Manpower Supervision and Safety / Environment compliances.

* Interdepartmental..Coordination (Quality,Maintainace,Store,Project,Instumentetion.) Managing all direct and indirect employees on the shop floor.

* Monitoring and controlling technical efficiencies, to achieve the factory targets related to conversion and first time right quality of products.
