* Field Development Well Engineer for the Antar project in Abu Dhabi. Responsible for Detailed Casing Design and Level 1 time and cost estimates.
* Passed Well Engineering Round II Examination, and renewed IWCF certificate for drilling supervisor, land operations.
* Lead Drilling Engineer for Mike development Project. Responsible for the well engineering aspects of this 3-well campaign delivered for Pecten Cameroon Company. Prepared the drilling programmes, organised and led TL/DWOP workshops, worked on the evaluation of the DD/MWD bids and participated on the tender boards, coordinated implementation and use of RTOC and OpenWells, and overlooked the execution of the 3 wells.The project was delivered with zero LTIs, 2 MTCs and no environmental incidents. Implemented the use of new technologies in the region (RSS for Cameroon, Ultradril), in the group (Flothru RDF), and in the world (125micron ESS).
* Worked with Nigeria H-Node team in delivery of well proposals for HD, HA and JK platforms development wells
* Worked as Focal Point for RTOC operations based out of Rijswijk, helping embed the use of the RTOC satellite office in Rijswijk to operations managed out of this location.

* Trouble-shooted start up technical and information issues related to the Real Time Operations Centre and designed a Knowledge Management Process to apply lessons learned during execution of relevant projects.

* Designed and Executed development wells in the Deepwater Nakika Project and on the Cognac Platform. Responsible for first implementation of rotary steerable technology in a mature field in the Gulf of Mexico for the company.
