 Currently working with TOYO ENGINEERING CORPORATION, JAPAN as a Piping Test Package Engineer IN SOUTH GAS FIELD PROJECT, WHICH IS A JV OF TOYO(Japan), DAELIM(Korea) & JGC(Japan), IN ASSALUYEH IN IRAN FROM 2006, DECEMBER TILL THE DATE.
 MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED:
1. SOUTH GAS FIELD PROJECT, IRAN.
2. PUNJ LLOYD DHABOL LNG RGPPL ENRON POWER PROJECT, RATNAGIRI, IN MAHARASHTRA FROM 2006, JUNE TO 2006, DECEMBER AS MECHANICAL ENGINEER WHICH IS A JV WITH WESSHOE BRITAIN.
3. MMPL PIPELINE PROJECT OF BPCL AT BIJWASAN OIL TERMINAL,NEW DELHI FROM 2005, DECEMBER TO 2006, JUNE AS MECHANICAL INCHARGE.
4. PX-PTA PROJECT AT IOCL PANIPAT REFINERY FROM 2004,MAY TO 2005, DECEMBER as ZONAL INCHARGE
 WORKED AS ASSISTANT ENGINEER IN ESSAR SHIPPING MUMBAI & AND IN A MECHANICAL WORKSHOP FROM AUGUST 2002 to APRIL 2004.
 TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE: 6.5 YEARS.
 Functional Experience
Worked as engineering professional in Asia's biggest super thermal power plant refineries, oil terminals, high security zone, hazardous areas and in a wide spectrum of Mechanical construction field related to the Project execution of Refineries, Petrochemicals, Oil/Gas pipeline-system. My responsibilities in the previous positions include,
 Coordination between site, office activities & HSE. Monitoring the progress, Issue of Work-permit following the HSE Procedure.
 Execution of job as per GAD of different classes of Piping, Preparation of schedule for release of Test Packs and clearing,
 Preparation of Non availability of material list for the completion, Line check according to Isometric, P&ID and Support-Standard. Having professional knowledge in utilizing basic job method and modern technique as to attain maximum productivity in the project with minimum duration, Depth experience in project construction & Inspection,
 Prepare as built drawing and update documents, Well knowledge to understand P & ID, Piping layout, Isometric, Piping Class, STD Pipe Support etc, Hydro-test inspection, Punch-listing of erected line & clearance, Pre-commissioning assistance, Modification of piping according to revised isometric and inspection, Fabrication and erection of piping,
 Review / Study project package concerning inspection procedure, parameters & scope, Review Sub-contractor Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans & monitor their implementation, Initiate action or recommend solutions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, Updating / monitoring as necessary of quality control parameters, inspection and testing techniques, Responsible to double check and apply the QA/QC procedure for materials and equipment as per client's standard prior to implementation.
 Total Manpower handling dividing them into several groups, Weld-visual inspection, fitup report preparation, material traceability report preparation, dealing with our customers(i.e Indian Oil, EIL,BHARAT PETROLEUM,RGPL) for new contracts and offers, Ensuring regulatory compliance to safety, health and environmental requirements including all facilities
 Advising the Contractors/vendors/Management, on all issues related to Safety Health & Environment (SHE), including legislative nature.
 Preparation of long term plans for accident prevention and loss control, Periodic safety audits / review for manufacturing units.
 Review effectiveness of safety training. Risk Assessments.
 Ensure to alert unsafe working condition to concern vendor.
