JOB DETAILS:
A.Inspection involves the following activities:
1.Review of material test certificates, identification and correlation of materials as per material specifications.
2.Visual inspection as per relevant standards.
3.Qualifying welding procedure and Welder's performance as per ASME Sec. IX and AWS D1.1.
4.Hydro testing, physical testing witness, visual and dimensional inspection as per international codes and client's technical specification.
5.Non-destructive testing like Radiography inspection, Ultrasonic Inspection, Liquid Penetrant inspection and Magnetic particle inspection as agreed in the quality assurance plans at different stages.
6.Leak test like Shell test and Hydro seat test for valves.
