I am currently working as an in-house coordinator for the StatoilHydro contract in Bergen (Norway). The job position includes writing job recommendation and solutions, taking part in the daily operation meetings in Statoil, answering to service requests from StatoilHydro, logistics, environmental reporting, invoicing, forecasts, visits to offshore installation, end of well reports, follow up on service quality issues and goals etc. I am also responsible for SLB cementing personnel on four StatoilHydro installations which entails 24 employees total which is why I spend a relative large portion of my time managing personnel.

The fluid was developed as a new and enhanced alternative to Slickwater fluid for the unconventional gas reservoirs market. A patented has been accepted in my name as the primary inventor (56.0929). If fully commercialized the revenue generation from the fluid would make "slickwater" treatments much more profitable for Schlumberger and clients by providing a increased retained permeability and enhanced fracture geometry compared to conventional slickwater treatment.

Well Construction Experience:
I have been working for Schlumberger Cementing Services in Brazil, Germany and in the US (~ 150+ jobs). I was mostly involved in the execution phase including supervising our cement job here in the US (~20 Jobs). In addition, I spend several months in our District lab in Elk City optimizing the ideal composition of the local cement systems. From a technical aspect I have been through the Schlumberger Cementing Training School OTS1 and OTS2 in Kellyville, OK with a duration of 8 and 5 weeks respectively.

Well Production Experience:
As a well stimulation engineer, I work in high activities area in the US which is why my experience on different types of stimulation treatment is quite varied. However, the market is mainly governed by the unconventional gas reservoirs such as tight sandstone formations and gas shale formations, which have become profitable over the last years. My work entails mainly job execution like fluid tech roles and real-time job analysis like DataFRAC and StepDown/FIT analysis (120 jobs) as well as taking a logistical role like planning our job treatments from the Elk City district.
From a technical standpoint I have went through our frac training school in Kellyville and a local 1-week DCS training class both in Oklahoma.
