FFC, an ISO-9001:2000, ISO-14001:2004 & OHSAS-18001 certified organization is operating three Urea plants having production capacity of 2205, 1925 MTPD at Goth Machhi and 1740 MTPD at Mirpur Mathelo.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

* Working experience in Chemical plants with private sector and foreign organizations. Worked at "Honeywell DCS TDC 3000" controlled Urea & Ammonia plants, FFC and "Foxboro DCS" controlled Urea plant, Indonesia.
* FOREIGN ORGANIZATION: 4 months, working with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MHI) Japan, on deputation, as "Commissioning Supervisor" for commissioning and performance test of a Snam Progetti / Hydroagri Granulation Urea plant in Indonesia and for on-the-job training of Indonesian personnel.

ƒæ Pre-commissioning / Commissioning activities.
ƒæ Guarantee Test and plant optimization
Worked with YOKOGAWA Singapore for FFC Urea-III DCS commissioning project.

DCS CONTROL SYSTEM EXPERTISE
* 8 Years experience of operation at Honeywell DCS TDC 3000
* 4 months experience of operation at Foxboro DCS
* Worked as Commissioning Engineer for online, Safe & Smooth switch over of "Bailey Control System" to "Yokogawa DCS Centum CS 3000" at high pressure boilers of FFC Goth Machhi.
* Participated in basic design engineering and commissioning of DCS control system.
* Worked as Commissioning Incharge for online, Safe & Smooth switch over of "Taylor Control System" to "Yokogawa DCS Centum CS 3000"at FFC-III Urea plant.

* Identified basic cause of Urea Plant Blow Down Vent Stack Corrosion Problem & suggested modification, which was agreed by Snam Progetti.
* Improved Urea Reactor hand over procedure that reduced hand over time by 50 %.
* Developed Urea Scrapper Cone cleaning procedure which saved 4 hours production loss.
* Modified Urea Stripper hand over procedure to reduce hand over time by 30 %.
* Developed & implemented comprehensive plan for training of Shift Engineers and control panel operators for complete familiarization with new technology of Yokogawa DCS Centum CS 3000 installed at Utilities and Urea units.
