I have been working for 20 years in Oilfield as a Night pusher, Driller and Assistant Driller on different types of Rigs (National & Oral mash, BO, BD, Pyramid, sling shot, Joy Stick, Kelly and TDS…..), in many oilfield development and exploration wells, in various locations in Syria, Algeria, UAE, Qatar and Oman.

I have recently updated my drilling skills and I have got IWCF (Supervisor Level ), H2S, HSE, Drugs and Alcohol, PPE, Stepping, Handling & Lifting, Survival & Safety Certificates in 2007- 2008..

I am holder of a High Diploma, Drilling division 2 years after high school,
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce,
Good computer skills and very good English language (speaking, reading and writing).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Night pusher: Schlumberger – Oman

* Observes proper rig operating procedures, noting unsafe practices.
* * Plays an active part in QHSE meetings, toolbox meetings, and all other company safety management systems.
* Proficient in STOP for supervisors and uses it's techniques.
* Ensures the crews are trained in emergency evacuation procedures.
* Ensures that rig specific QHSE procedures are published and known by all.
* Ensures that exemption forms are completed and approved as required.
* Ensures that all rig modifications are formerly approved as required.
* Ensures the rig operations are conducted in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

* Oversees maintenance of sanitary living environment, food preparation, handling and storage.
* Oversees rig medical operations.
* Oversees rig communications
* Secures well in emergency situation.
* Directs well control operations.
* Directs crew in other emergencies.
* Maintain appropriate logs and records.
* Approve and signs IADC report.
* Submit reports.
* Plans work for crew.
* Trains crew and Evaluate crews.
* Provides motivation to supervisors and crews.
* Supervises adherence to safety policies and procedures
* Maintain relationship with customer's representative
* Maintain handover notes for my relief.
* Insure communication between departments.
* Insure immediate supervisor is advised of all current and/or changing conditions.
* Insure that the drilling program is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
* Safeguards the physical presence of fixed assets and inventories so appropriate records will be accurate and periodically verified.
* Prepares cementing and casing running with operator.
* Read and interpret various types of gauges, meters and instruments such as torque meter, weight indicator, pressure gauges, and various chart recorders.
* Assist operator in efficient use of rig.
* Use computer to prepare daily drilling report and for compiling WPA report at end of each well.

Driller: - GDI- Qatar, Nabors: Algeria, Schlumberger (Sea and Land) Oman,
Syrian Petroleum Company (S.P.C),

- Carrying out all Tool Pusher and DSV drilling operations instructions.
- Write drilling report and record drilling sheet and tripping sheet.
- Carry out all drilling operation, and supervise all related operations under Driller
Responsibility.
- Carry out all well control process (pre kick sheet, pressure testing, well
Killing process, checking well control tools and equipment).
- Run co operate service Co while casing, cementing, logging and completions
- Run DST.
- Hold co operate morning meeting, safety meeting, HSE meeting, pre jobs Safety
Meeting, report unsafe acts, checking stop cards, check and permit to work.
- Doing rig checklist, joining rig maintenance.
- Doing Fishing operation, Checking tools and equipment, checking rig, Jarring.
- Preparing for Rig move and performing rig move process.
- Ensure that crewmembers understand exactly their duties when carrying out job.
-Anticipate hazardous condition and drilling problem, inform tool pusher and DSV and
Remove the cause of possible problems.
-Train the assistant drillers and the crewmembers.
