I would like to apply for the post of instrument supervisor in your company. i have total of 20 years experience in the instrumentation and control system maintenance in the oil & gas industry and other industries, i have worked with instruments commissioning, in plant modifications, calibrations, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting and well experienced with bailey distributed control system, plc's, pnuematic & hydraulic operated systems and thorough component level knowledge in the electronic circuits. electronic controlled electrical equipements trouble shooting. presently i am working as an acting instrument/control supervisor at ruwais refinery (takreer). i have attached my complete cv for your consideration.

DETAILS OF WORK EXPERIENCE:-
* Daily job planning, preparation of failure reports. Coordination with planning to carryout job efficiently and safely. Conducting safety talks. Coordination with other sections.
* Maintenance of spare parts inventory in the stores(CMMMS)
* Technical support to instrument technicians to carryout job efficiently and safely.
* Maintaining spare parts availability in the store, prepare new spare parts specifications for ordering.
* New plant expansion projects support,
* Carryout in plant modifications, prepare drawings and others documents,
* Bailey DCS system (INFI-90 and Harmony systems) maintenance and trouble shooting (MFP, HAC, smart I/O modules, I/O modules, communication modules, power supply systems etc) and assisting Automation section in function block diagram modifications (FBD).
* Bently Nevada vibration monitoring 3500 series maintenance and trouble shooting
* Allen Bradely PLC maintenance, trouble shooting and ladder logic modifications.
* Siemens PLC S7 programming and maintenance
* Motor operated valves Biffi, Rotork, Neuvopignone, Auma, maintenance and trouble shooting. Attending faults in the Rotork pakscan system
* PID control equipments tuning and maintenance & trouble shooting of control valves & positioners (including smart type positioners).
* Fire and Gas systems maintenance and trouble shooting plc controlled.
* Various types of hydraulic operated units maintenance and trouble shooting (rexroth, grove, flexider)
* Experience in the pneumatic equipments and its controls
* Enraf level gauging system maintenance and trouble shooting
