Male, 52 Years old: - B.Sc.Engineer

+ 8 years of leading Maintenance Dept., implementing corrective / preventive procedures;
+ 8 years of Production management, in the respect of Quality / Delivery Time Schedules;
+ 8 years of EPC Project management in the respect of the Budget, QA/QC and HSE latest procedures;

1- Excellent working knowledge of industry practices, including safety and quality management systems;
2- Huge experience into leading works for: Civil, Mechanical, Pressure parts and Steel structures, Electrical and I&C installation works, corrective and preventive Maintenance system management;
3-Thorough knowledge of current technology; able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project; MS Project planner; - Integrated planning and control of the activities; planning and coordination of the different teams activities; organizing, planning and control of the activities;
4-Thorough knowledge, experience and skills in construction methods, sequence and related contractual matters; -Very good experience in Hydraulic schematics and refurbishing works;
5- Leadership abilities with high level of critical thinking skills and attention to detail;
6- Strong teamwork attitude, good communicator, organized, with high level of Client liaison and service skills; - Creative and imaginative character;
7- Good financial abilities to manage the Budget of the Project in the respect of the Quality and Client.
8- Very good knowledge of Welding process, Quality Control, NDT and Heat Treatment procedures; High Pressure & Temperature piping lines installation, Heat Exchangers and Pressure Parts refurbishment and installing works, including petro-chemical and LNG equipments and natural gas and fuel oil installation & testing works.
9- Long term experience of working with foreign Companies: Ansaldo-Vølund, Denmark; BWE Burmeister, Denmark; Babcock -Wilcox, Canada; YVO-Fortum, Finland; BHK Japan, TOSHIBA Japan etc;
EDUCATION: Construction University of Bucharest -ROUMANIA -B.Sc. ENGINEERING: Heavy-duty Construction Equipments and Machinery – Engineering: Hydraulic System & Automation Design, Cranes, Construction equipment, Site organization and Management

1.- 2007 – 2008; COLTERM –Timisoara (CET –Sud ) Project Manager for rehabilitation of the Electro-precipitator Unit 1 - CAF 100 Gcal/H – Project TS Bucuresti, ~1 mill ; preparing documents for biding, bid process, site arrangement, engineering, procurement, demolition works, manufacturing&refurbishing works, mechanical and electrical installing works, commissioning, Budget management.
2.- 2005 – 2007 ; TRANSELECTRICA, 220/400 kV, substation rehabilitation; 5 mill
