Position: Senior Corporate QA/QC Engineer April 2007 to Present Shell Nigeria

Contracted through SGS Client Site Representative/ Lead Auditor, eastern area constructing a Central Processing Facility (CPF) and a Field Logistic Base Based in the Port Harcourt office and responsible for all quality activities through all project phases for a $4.5Billion turnkey Gas Plant contract consisting of a central processing facility, 9 manifold tie-ins, FLB 250 personnel sleeper on a 54 hector site and 350 kilometers of product lines supplying trains 4, 5 and 6 at LNG Bonny Terminal. Responsible for quality at 2 fabrication yards located in Nigeria involving periodical audits at key stages of construction. Involved in the design and procurement stages through to the commissioning phase.
Duties include coordination of all respective site QA/QC managers in all fabrication/construction locations for quality metrics, procedure approvals and surveillance activities of the EPC subcontractors. Reporting to the, project director and assisting the various engineering and construction disciplines with T.Q. and specification deviation resolution. Assisted in the resolution of criticality ratings for vessels and equipment to ensure contract specified inspection levels were adhered to via pre-inspection meeting attendance by the procurement inspection co-ordinator.

Contract Hire Through SGS Client Site Representative western Area, Covering Control of all Service and Construction Companies Under the DEE-QMS Contract Umbrella Covering Fabrication and Erection of Well heads, manifolds, tank farms, LNG trains, loading platforms, New office blocks, Airports. Heli Ports. Housing estates, hospitals, schools, roads and bridge projects, modular buildings, Dredging, Consolidation and Review of DEE-QMS Procedures For Various Designations, Having Successfully Completed a Technical Interview and as a result Issued Full Corporate Technical Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

 Ownership of Safety and supervision, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
 Manage QC activities in relationship to all civil aspects
 Ensure that relevant procedures and specifications are accessible, reviewed and implemented.

• Managing all civil and structural operations, focused on oil and gas sector
