Job Description
* Issue the piping ISO requirements to the Piping Design Task Force.
* Prepare ISO in accordance with Project specifications, standards and issue schedule.
* Route ISO in accordance with piping plan or with reference to the design model. Include stress and material sketches when applicable.
* Yellow-off own (desk) copy of P&ID's to ensure all your pipelines have been completely ISO'd and are in agreement with master P&ID's.
* Inform Design Supervisor of any changes made that will affect work already completed or in progress by other design disciplines, adjacent piping areas, specifications, supplier drawings, or significant piping material quantity.
* Perform model, material and line list checks. Run interference report and solve clashes. Verify final status of Equipment and Instrument items.
* Prepare ISO in accordance with project specifications, standards and issue schedule.
* Identify ISO sheet numbers and update ISO Log as necessary.
* Extract ISO's from model and annotate if required.
