Job Title: instrumentation technician.

Duties:
Repairs and calibration of all Instrumentation at the terminal to include:

„« Pressure Transmitters, Pr. Recorders and Pr. Controllers.
„« Temperature Transmitters, Temp. Recorders and Temp. Controllers.
„« Rosemount Level Transmitters.
„« Level Controllers.
„« Pressure Control Valves.
„« Pressure and temperature switches.
„« Pressure Safety valves up to 10 inches.
„« Flow Meters from 4 inches up to 16 inches specialising in A.O.Smith Positive Displacement, Brooks and (Bob and Reuter) Custody transfer from different fields to various ships.
„« A.O.Smith Turbine Flow Meters.
„« Flow meter selection.
„« Chemical Injectors.
„« Testing Pressure gauges using dead weight tester and test oil pump.
„« Mechanical Oil Samplers.
„« Prover calibration: using the water draw method.
„« Daily maintenance of (power plant, water plant and sewage Treatment Plant).
