My duties included managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety program for three U.S. Navy vessels. I managed the development, implementation, and training provided for over 300 military members. This included field members and supervisors. I was responsible for generating and implementing inspection/audit forms and programs for each of the vessels. I conducted all accident investigations within DOD settings and guidelines. Performed Job Hazard analysis weekly with crews, completed onsite inspections, and auditing divisions within setting. I was also accountable for conducting weekly safety training, monthly ship-wide safety meetings, and quarterly safety meetings with managing staff aboard each vessel.

I was responsible for advising upper management on all applicable safety, equipment, and inspection issues. Once training was completed, I conducted evaluations and provided feedback regarding performance requirements to all upper management.
