About the company: EBRO is a world reputed Industrial valves manufacturer and well known for their Butterfly valves and Knife gate valves in chemical industries, power plants, petrochemicals, metals & mining, food and pharma, water and sewerage, sea water and ship building industries.
Responsibilities: In the capacity of sr.manager positin I am looking after Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar and other places all over India wherever and whenever it is required. Prime responcibilities are to develop and establish markets for EBRO make Butterfly valves and Knife gate valves in the assigned area of operations.
2). Sales Manager in VAG Valves (India) Private Limited, March 2004 to Present.
About the organization:
A 6 crore turnover company, 100% owned by VAG-Armaturen GmbH, which is 100 million Euros worth and 500-employee privately held manufacturer of Valves like resilient seated gate, globe, Butterfly, check, air release, plunger valves for Industrial water supply and municipal water supply & sewage sectors, district heating. Manufacturing units are established in Germany, Czech Republic, and China.
VAG Valves India has been started in the year 2004 to market high end quality products and solutions to Industrial water market, cooling water, municipal water and sewage markets.
Achievements & responsibilities:
Successfully launched and established VAG products in Industrial water sector, water boards, and municipal water and sewage markets in Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Chattisgarh, Jamshedpur, and Jaipur.
Achieved 100% target as 300,000 euros worth of sales in the year 2005 and 1 million euros worth of sales during the year 2006.
Aimed for 1.6 million euro worth of sales target for the current financial year.
Successfully driven the sales team to establish VAG specifications and price in major water distribution projects in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Chattisgarh, Vizag Steel plant, Jindal steel, Essar steel, Southern iron and steel, Rourkela steel plant.
Developed niche markets for VAG control valves such as water loss management in water boards and municipal corporations.

Achievements & responsibilities:
Responsible for the operations of Visakhapatnam branch office to look after Andhra Pradesh and part of Orissa states.
Handled customers like HPCL, ONGC, BHPV, BHEL, CFL, VIZAG STEEL, NTPC-SIMHADRI, NALCO, NFCL, GFCL, LG PLYMERS, ANDHRA CEMENTS, BALLARPUR INDUSTRIES, NAVA BHARAT SUGARS, APGENCO-IBRAHIMPATNAM, LANCO-KONDAPALLI, ANDHRA PAPER, JK PAPER, VIZAG WATER BOARD, VIJAYAWADA WATER BOARD ETC.
Established fire safe Butterfly valves in HPCL. Bagged 100 lacks worth of hot blast valves order from Vizag steel plant. Several sizable orders for Butterfly valves and knife gate valves from different process industries.
Influence the consultants and end users to draw favorable technical specification during pre-tendering stage to dilute impact of competition.
4).Sales Engineer in BDK Group of Companies, July 1998 to December 2002
about the organization:
A 60 crore INR company specializing in manufacturing engineered and commodity valves such as Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Plug, Butterfly, Diaphragm valves in carbon steel as well as in stainless steel materials for petrochemical, chemical, food and pharmacy, paper, sugar, oil&gas, power markets. Manufacturing locations are located at Hubli, Karnataka.
Achievements & responsibilities:
Responsible for the operations of Visakhapatnam branch office to look after coastal Andhra Pradesh and part of Orissa states.
Achieved 100% targets of branch office and established special products like oxygen service ball and gate valves & cryogenic service valves in Vizag steel plant.
Introduced and established fire safe butterfly valves and jacketed plug valves in HPCL. Increased project business by establishing good contacts with Bharat Heavy Plate & Vessels which is an OEM.

5).Graduate Engineer Trainee and promoted as Site Engineer with CHEMECH Consultancy & Services Pvt. Ltd., which is involved in design and construction of Edible Oil refineries, June 1993 to May 1996.
Planning and supervision of project activities of process plants. Monitoring of contractors.
Co-coordinating with customer departments and contractors to complete the project with in the time.
Start-up the plant and commissioning of process. Handing over the plant to customer with acceptable final results.
Participated in the construction and commissioning of 6 edible oil projects in various parts of the country. Independently handled and successfully handed over 3 projects out of 6 projects to customers.
