Job description
Performs verity of reservoir engineering duties related to

1- Development, maintenance and utilization of the full field reservoir simulator

2-Calculate OOIP BY
a-volumetric analysis b-material balance

3. gathering and analysis of Data, appraisal and monitoring of well and reservoir performance, estimating reserves and predicting future performance to ensure optimum recovery.

4- Utilizes the available computer facilities / applications to perform assigned duties in an efficient manner. Work Performed 1. Analysis, interprets and evaluates Reservoir data obtained from reservoir monitoring, logs, cores, P.V.T, field tests and reservoir performance to determine reservoir parameters, oil and gas in place and reserves.

5-Conducts studies, as assigned, to predict future Reservoir performance, includes evaluating alternative allocations of production / injection wells, optimum rates of recovery per well and the remedial actions such as workovers, stimulations to improve recovery

6-Maintenance reservoir data to provide up to date input information

7-Coordinates with Geology, production and drilling Engineers and participates in drawings up drilling and completion programmers for all wells and recommends to supervisor necessary workovers, coring, logging production /injection tests

8-Prepares and presents items to the reservoir studies sub committee

9-Draws up reservoir monitoring bar chart and monitors well performance on daily basis through feedback information from operating divisions, compares the actual achievement against planned targets, discusses operational problems and recommends remedial actions and detects deviations
