Ć Controlling and evaluating team of Coating inspectors for day to day site work.
Ć Carry out the trouble shooting of the technical problems such as non drying of the paint, blistering, adhesion, contamination etc.

Ć Start keeping the quality records of the coating operations such as environmental conditions, paint batch number, name of the operator, equipment & method used. In other words started generating records which can be useful in future to track the problem.
Ć Basic Training to the technical staff, engineers, Managers on coating including importance of coating, method of applications, inspection techniques, importance of report maintaining the conditions at the time of coating application, importance of the correct mixing, pot life of the paint. ( It is observed that the epoxy paint mixed in the morning used up to evening which is having pot life only for 2 hrs)
