A licensed Mechanical Engineer who is looking for a Detailing/Checker Engineer position with career opportunities conducive to both personal and professional growth.

Senior Detailing/Checker Engineer Scope of Work
* Studies the Customer Information Form and Design for their requirements and specifications.
* Input the required data to an internal program such as DESGO 3 and 4 for Estimating and Designing a variety of Open Web Joist.
* Detail and updates the Open Web Joist Data to DESGO 4 for fabrication. Detail Parts sketches in Autocad 2004 for non Standard Open Web Joist.
* Doing a building layout and 3D drawing for a non standard PEB jobs using X-steel Software.
* Prepare and updates bill of materials as per customer and design requirements and specifications using Microsoft Excel.
* Prepares necessary inquiries, memos and coordinates with the Group Supervisor, Design Engineer, Sales Coordinator, Quality Control Inspector and Plant Engineers regarding job requirements and company standards.
* Prepares transmittal form for job releases and Archive all drawings using the company archiving system.
* Acknowledges the customer clarification and inquiries from the erection inspector/coordinator.
* Do checking works and all of checkers responsibility during heavy workload season.

Experiences
5 years of experience in Designing/Detailing of Open Web Joist with the use of in-house CANAMMANAC Company software which are DESGO 3 and DESGO 4. Open Web Joists are framed either by PEB, Structural Buildings and/or Concrete Buildings.

Senior Detailing/Checker Engineer Scope of Work
* Studies the Customer Information Form and Design for their requirements and specifications.
* Input the required data to an internal program for the preparation of computerized Erection drawings, Fabrication drawings and bill of materials.
* Detail and updates the mentioned computerized output as per customer and design requirements and specifications.
* Doing a building layout and 3D drawing for a non standard PEB jobs.
* Prepare and updates bill of materials as per customer and design requirements and specifications using Oracle BOM Program.
* Prepares necessary inquiries, memos and coordinates with the Group Supervisor, Design Engineer, Sales Coordinator, Quality Control Inspector and Plant Engineers regarding job requirements and company standards.
* Prepares transmittal form for job releases and Archive all drawings using the company archiving system.
* Acknowledges the customer clarification and inquiries from the erection inspector/coordinator.
* Do checking works and all of checkers responsibility during heavy workload season.

Experiences
8 years of experience in detailing/checking Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings with high complexity. Provided by AUTOCAD (14 & 2004 version), AGOSED (in house computer program) and Microsoft Windows Application (Microsoft Excel and Words) in preparation of Erection Drawing, Approval Drawing, Shop Drawings and Bill of Materials.
In 1996, I was transferred to Vietnam for new ZAMIL STEEL Company Plant to train and impart the PEB technology to Vietnamese engineering staff.
In 2000, was then transfer to expansion office in Shanghai, China to set up the Engineering Department.

Assistant to the Head of Engineering Scope of Work
* Responsible in dealing and coordinates with customer, owners, sales engineers and engineers.
* Responsible for analyzing the projects and presented it using Autocad.
* Prepares inventory and estimates raw materials and coordinates with Purchasing Department for it procurement.
* Responsible for producing templates as a jig for quality Checking of finish products
* Scheduling and Planning of Maintenance of Equipments.

Experiences
Two years of experience in estimating and job planning. Developed supervision as well job scheduling.

Junior Engineer Scope of Work
* Responsible in research and development of product from main parts to accessories.
* Responsible in producing templates and jigs for checking quality of mass production.
* Responsible in maintenance of Italian made equipment for quality and safety checking of products.
