At Production Services Network Eurasia ltd as Production Supervisor. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production facilities of Total Exploration & Production Russia. Manage the implementation of approved operating practices and improvement programs. Ensure proper and safe arrangement of the workplace. Minimize risks to people, environment and the facility. Control all production activities. Analyse of the production process and develop production operations improvement proposals.
From 2004-12 to 2006-11.
At KBR as Central Control Room Operator. Responsible for management of all well related activities, averting all activities which violate HSE. Issuing daily reports, oil quality passports, oil acceptance certificates, execute work permit control. Oil treatment, water injection related activities & supervision by means of DELTA V control system, TRICONEX safety system and ÌÅÒÅÎR & OMNI oil accounting system. Electrical Submersible Pumps start-up and Variable Speed Drives operations and control. Chemicals calculation.

At KBR as Plant Operator. Responsible for Oil treatment equipment operations: centrifugal, piston, plunger pumps, separators, dehydrators, H2S stripper columns, low pressure air compressors, nitrogen units, fire heaters, diesel generators. Wells' head operations. Oil, water, gas sampling. Water content analyses.

6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry as Plant Operator, Control Coom Operator and Production Supervisor at the Kharyaga Oil Field (North of Russia). Issuing of daily reports, oil quality passports, oil acceptance certificates, work permit control. Oil treatment, water injection and all relative activities supervision. During the work for a foreign company I obtained rather considerable amount of knowledge in crude production process and also the practical skills in process operational equipment.
I regard Safety as a priority in company's main tasks so I am always eager to study & follow Safety Rules & Requirements, safety policy & procedures of company. To follow these rules mean to defend ourselves against possible accidents & to prevent any emergency situation.
