Fauji Fertilizer company (FFC) is well reputable world known Ammonia Urea complex having capacity of above 4000, MTPD, Urea production with two Plants manufactured by the name of "SONA" Urea.
I am working with FFC as a Senior Maintenance Engineers from March 18, 1982 to March 06 2006.
From Apprentice ship to Senior Engineer Maintenance in Management Cadre. Some of my Achievements are as under.(Recently have been working of Drafting piping and basic accessories. Hydrocarbon process and replacement of trays and repairs. And inside distillation unit repairs of cracking at Takreer refinery, and 1999 same are working in SASREEF.

Þ High Pressure Urea Unit (1982 to 1987)
 As a Maintenance Engineer my Responsibilities are as under.
 High Pressure Vessels & Columns
Good understanding of all types of drawings of equipments and their internals
1- Material like resins, catalyst etc.
2- Installation of demisters.
3- Placing of sand, gravel, balls, rings etc.
4- Inspection and Installation of internal of various equipments.
 Heat Exchangers
1- complete familiarity with different procedures of leak testing.
2- well used with repair procedures e.g. seal welding, tube plugging etc
Þ Tanks.
Complete knowledge of all internals installation e.g. weirs, frost and chemical cleaning / paintings
Especially dry film thickness of paints and insulation installation.
Þ Utility Unit Equipment Maintenance 1987 to 1990 In charge Utility unit.

1-Independantly executed long Range Scheduling, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and routine
Maintenance, daily work schedules, short interval scheduling, PERT Charting, knowledge of CPM,
Marking of priority. Daily jobs' planning trouble shooting, daily jobs' planning construction modification, & rearrangement, daily job planning safety items, allocation of manpower, preparation of Bar charts, preparation of man power schedules, arrangement of man power safety training and conducting interviews of hired manpower.

 ERECTION / PRE COMMISSIONING OF FAUJI FERTILIZER EXPANSION PLANT 1997 TO 2003
AS ENGINEER STATIC EQUIPMENT AND PUMPS.
1-Plant layout and piping design for minimum cost systems.
2-Plant modification & piping design.
3-Quenched & tempered Alloy steel Bolts studs, and other externally threaded fasteners as per specification and welding of pipes and exchanger tubes..
4-Vessel plates, Alloy steel, chromium, Molybdenum various stainless steels as per given in specification
5-Also carried out Punch List, Hydrostatic Test for Pre-commissioning
Þ Turnaround / Shutdown
I have attended all planned Turnarounds for the last 15 years.
I have well experience of handling the jobs regarding shutdowns and I can prepare and follow the bar charts for the shutdown of plants. During the Turnaround, I have performed the duties on various area of Base Plant and expansion plant. for maintenance of Heat exchangers, columns, valves steam traps etc.
SHUTDOWN EXPERIENCE ON VARIOUS PLANTS. OCTOBER 1985
Þ Dawood Hercules Fertilizer company as Engineer Mechanical.
(1) Heat Exchangers cleaning.

* Vessels Heat Exchangers Heater Boilers and Sulphar recovery equipment cleaning and box up, time scheduled and man hours, and calculation, planning performening achievements goals and completion before time, client meeting and discuss worked and problems and extra jobs through Job requesting. AS A PIPING ENGINEER ON FURNACE / HEATERS AND TANKS:
1.Furnace tube hangers. Checking system of dampers all fuel lines with air and connects burners, dampers, refractory, flue gas duct inspection/ repairs, and knowledge of dry out of refractory as given by supplier's instructions.
2-Installation of any internals like weirs, frosts etc. against approved drawing.
3-Monitored the dry film thickness of paint.
