Duration: 1 Year 8 Months (From 25 Oct. 2006 till Date)
Position: Assistant Manager-Piping
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
1) Pipe Specification sheet Checking & preparation from the input Data given by the process department or data from Licenser. For Different unit of Esssar Oil Refinery. For that Refer Different Piping Standard for Preparation of Piping Specification & Valve Specification Like ASME, ASTM, API, NACE, MSS-SP.
2) Pipe wall thickness calculation as per ASME B31.3 or ASME B31.1 from given pressure and temperature data. & Reinforcement pad calculations.
3) Preparation of Valve Specification and Technical Bid Analysis of Various type of valves.
4) Preparation of MR for different component of piping.
5) Preparation of Commodity code for different piping component.
6) Deputed to Jamnagar refinery for three month for preparing Form II & III (A) for deferent Heat exchange, Boiler for IBR approval form given MDB for that equipments.
