Qualified to work on projects from the FEED studies, feasibility study, detailed design and engineering phases to full site management engineering of onshore oil & gas upstream facilities. Also, possess good knowledge of internationally recognized mechanical codes ASME, API, ANSI, and NFPA; I have good knowledge and skills of spread technique of construction pipeline projects, construction, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of turnkey pipeline projects. Also am having the aptitude and experience to converse with and delegates personnel of different nationalities. I possess the ability to liaise between client, contractor, or third parties, with good communication skills, used to dealing with a multi nationalities workforce thus, enhancing projects prerequisites. Previously, I had been involvement with site construction of power station, substation, storage facility. In addition, I have been working with these jobs during my career: commissioning engineers (mech.), site managers, construction engineers, document controllers, materials controllers and quality control engineers, to comply with the job requirement.

5. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
2006- To present

Receive the quotations from suppliers for projects Spares Commissioning & Operations Requirements.
Check & verify the backup documents and drawings for respected spire parts.
Collect the missing information from Suppliers or clients.
Recommended the Spare Parts purchasing for projects.
Reviews & create Bill of Materials (BOM) for all new project materials functional location. Continuous review of materials inventory to improve interchangeability, generalization and standardization.
Reviewed quotations and the Material Catalogue to forward for our procurement action after proper management (PMT) approval from client side.

2003-2006
Review pipeline routing drawings, pipeline wall thickness calculations, and other pipeline data other activities performed by pipeline for the facilities include:
Collect Data.
Review pipeline installation drawings.
Review pipeline installation specifications.
Review pipeline coating and installation methods.
Review pig launcher location, piping plans, sections, and pipe support details for construction.
Review equipment vendor data. Review Maintenance Access Study.
Other responsibilities are checking and verification of contractor's daily, weekly, monthly activity reports, and monthly progress payment reports, site handover and handover of project. Issuance of current project material to the contractor and discussion of project progress with the contractor covered a warranty period as per contract of projects.
2000-2003
Responsible for the supervision of contractor's field engineering activities regarding construction, installation and commissioning of mechanical work and managing pipeline construction projects, in order to ensure the execution of each activity AS PER CONTRACT bid document, involves detailed study of the bid documents of approved mechanical drawings.
Review and report progress of all work under the control of the Project Engineer.
Ensure compliance of all work with the terms of the design brief or technical assignment and applicable specifications, codes and standards and Supervise acceptance testing of purchased equipment. Provide technical support to the teams constructing and commissioning the modified or new plant. I have supervised the following
TURN KEY PROJECTS:
(1) Produced water disposal plant, gathering centre water disposal system.
(2) Fire fighting water tanks in oil refinery, tanks construction, and maintenance.
(3) Upgrading of fire fighting system in oil and gas gathering centre.
(4) Accomplishing More than 40 pipeline projects.
(5) Installation of manifolds in gathering centre & satellite.
(6) Steel structural buildings - power tower (66 KV T/L) and hanger structure.
(7) Maintains & inspection of separators in gathering centre & satellite.
(8) Balancing machine in powerhouse between turbine gearbox and generators.
