RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Flexibility analysis of piping system as per the design requirements of ASME/ANSI STD'S
- Preparation of critical line list for stress analysis and prepare work schedules.
- Review of piping force and moments on pumps, vessels, storage tanks, air fin coolers, turbines compressors, Heaters etc., v To ensure work carried out is in accordance with client's procedures and design guides.
- Issue the project specific stress and support notes, the pipe span charts, preferred support types, reinforcement requirements etc., v Co ordinate with layout and other dept., personnel of any change in design information.
- Nozzle for its allowable as per applicable API, WRC & NEMA codes using CEASER-II Package.
- Carrying out static equivalent and dynamic analysis techniques for seismic/wind/surge/slug flow piping systems.

PIPING LAYOUT ENGINEERING INVOLVEMENT
Leading and guiding the layout team to perform the following principal accountabilities,

* Preparation of Piping layout and General arrangement drawings for

* Oil & Gas Production and Re-injection Manifold Area
* Oil & Gas Separation and Stabilization System
* Glycol Contactor Area.
* Gas Compression and Re-injection Area.
* Produced Water and Treated Water System
* Crude Oil Export and Storage Facility
* Flare system.
* Finalize the pipe spacing/location on the Pipe rack, requirement of platforms for operation and maintenance accessibility during the initial phase of the project.
* Compute the piping loads on pipe rack/Anchor Bays and platforms and inform to structural department.
* Review and approve the vendor drawings during the detail engineering stage to meet the piping design requirements.
* Prepare the piping layout design philosophy for Air fin coolers, Fired heaters, vessels, columns, pumps, rotating equipments, flare systems and storage tanks etc.,
* Check and ensure the piping design deliverables are inline with project specific requirements/ applicable codes and engineering practices.
