1. ESSAR OIL LTD- FCCU (May 2005 to May 2008)
* Joined as Graduate Engineering Trainee (Through Campus Interview) in May2005 in Essar oil LTD's 10.5 MMTPA grass root refinery, Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
* Promoted to positions of progressively higher responsibilities, based on sheer hard work, dedication and excellent performance.
* Has been the core member of the team which commissioned the FCC Unit.(S.S&W's)

2. HPCL-MITTAL ENERGY LTD- FCC & VGO HDT-Current Employer
* HPCL-MITTAL Energy LTD is joint venture Company of HPCL & Mittal Energy LTD, involved in the setting up of 9 MMTPA refinery, Punjab, India.
* Working as Asst.Manager-Process for FCC-PC (Stone & Webster's) & VGO Hydrotreater (Axens).
* Responsibilities include review of Design packages, hydraulics checking, and conduct meetings with Licensor & EIL (most reputed detailed design engineer).

* As a lead Process Engineer, involved in process/project activities for HPCL MITTAL ENERGY LTD, in co-ordination with S&W, AXENS & EIL(Detailed Design Engineering).
* Reviewing/finalizing the agreements with the licensors/vendors in co-ordination with Detailed Design Engineers.
* Carry out feasibility and scouting studies for proposals. Reviewing BDEP, PFD/P&ID released by the licensor for FCCU & VGO-HDT.
* Carrying out hydraulic checking & calculations of the process equipments/lines.
* Identifying and rectifying the discrepancies/deviations in various aspects for the FCCU/VGO-HDT and its Utility System, before undertaking commissioning.
* Relief load calculation for the refinery complex and sizing of the flare system.

„« Along with the vendor from MAN Turbo, Germany, has done the process logic checking, ESD, solo run, Surge test & start-up of Main Air Blower driven by condensing type turbine and Wet Gas Compressor, driven by back pressure turbine.
„« Preparation of fall back strategies for Compressors along with the vendor from CCC (Compressor Control Corporation of India) and has done the surge test.
„« Along with the licensor from ZEECO, UK, has involved in the finalization of logics for CO-Oxidiser & Waste Heat Boiler.
