Presently in Hindustan fluorocarbons limited:
Preparation of technical specifications for process equipment, QAP & P&ID review and update, carryout inspection visual, NDT, carryout visual periodic Inspection for process pressure vessels, through physical inspection in Annual shut down of petro chemical plant equipment for ensuring reliability of pressure vessels and equipment, Heat Exchangers, high pressure reactors columns, neutralization columns, distillation columns, condensers, reboilers, storage tanks, cryogenic storage vessels, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, pipelines, Furnaces in various plants deploying conventional Non Destructive Techniques (NDT) -Visual, Dye Penetrate, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Radiography as well as Advance NDT Also carryout hydraulic, pneumatic, helium tests for process critical equipments. Heat and Mass balance calculations. Experience in de bottleneck of process plant arrive feasible study and technical reporting for improving productivity.
Experience:
* Operations and maintenance of various utility systems like air compressors, refrigeration systems, boilers, DM water systems, HVAC systems, AC units, raw water systems, hydrant systems
* Maintenance of process industry equipments like Reactors, Process compressors, blowers, coolers, fans, reactors, agitators, mechanical seals, gear transmission equipments, heat exchangers, various types of valves, grinders, screw feeders, mixers etc
* Preparing Data Base and Up dating all Welding And NDT Records
* Preparation of hydro test package with the help of hydro test Engineer
* Input progress information accurately at regular intervals as specified by the project.
* Carryout third party inspection of process related equipments both visual examination and hydro pneumatic tests
* Periodical inspection of static and rotating equipments as per statutory requirements
* Through inspection of all pressure vessels by complete stripping and re-commissioning in planned annual shut down for ensuring reliability of the systems
* Prepare and release reports and forms for information flow.
* Train staff on document control processes and procedures.
* Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Head of section.
* End of project all original NDT reports, films, original document submit to client.
Process Engineering
* Preparing QAP for process equipments to be manufactured
* Plan and prepare the technical specifications, evaluation of correct bidder, placing of order and execute.
* Knowledge of International codes and interpretation.
* Understanding the philosophy of process technology for capacity expansion and critical analysis of Process licensor's recommendation with a view of future operations as well as past experience of operation.
* Provide technical support for production of process plant and Gas plants.
* Have done Heat and Material balance calculations.
* Have done feasibility study for de-bottlenecking of the plant.
* Presented a technical report on the plant performance.
* Plan and execute Higher production by refurbishing of CFM plant for the CDM project and enhancing the capacity of the plant.
* Interact with process licensors for de bottlenecking process constraints, plant visits.
* Initiate projects and provide technical support to enhance the capacity of the plant and to improve the reliability of the plant
* Written Standard Operating Procedures for Emergency handling and Operation of the individual units of the plant.
* Prepare documents MOC (Management Of Construction), to record changes in operating conditions and philosophies; conduct risk assessment for process and operations deviation so that the integrity of the plant is not affected.

* Improve the conversation of energy in the various utility systems.
* Pyralysis coil replacement is once in year against once in six months by re-routing the pipelines in the process stream by reducing the pressure losses.
* Increase the plant capacity (TFE) by 20 % by increase feed from 500kg/hr to 600kg/hr by replacing cost effective alternate system. The system modification was done successfully from identifying vender to commissioning.
* Increase the plant capacity (CFM) by 15% by Debottlenecking for replacing reciprocating pump and now the plant is being operated by105%
* In the ETP section the Vertical submersible pumps were replaced with trouble free service glandless pumps so that effective neutralization achieved and inventory costs were reduced to much lower
* Modification was done capacity improvement in the -40 cent Refrigeration system from 15 TR to 25TR by compressor speed increase and flow passage modification on chillers.
* Improve the energy conservation by replacing the cooling water pump by saving
Power by 2000 units /day so that Approximately 2.5 Lacks/year savings achieved
* Improve the boiler performance and save consumption of Furnace oil by 25%
