TENDER PROPOSAL (Consultant, Contractor) – Calculation / estimation of consultancy fees deriving from man-hour cost. Calculation / estimation of labour cost, yard facilities development cost and project material / consumable cost. Preparation of preambles for lump sum price / measured work unit rate / personal & time charges.
PROCUREMENT / EXPEDITING (Contractor) – Issuance of purchase order as per purchase requisition raised by various dept, preparation & implementation of comprehensive procurement procedure, establishing relationship with supplier market, monitoring the delivery status of purchased item.
SUBCONTRACTING (Contractor) – Negotiation with sub-contractor on payment schedule, contractual terms and conditions and method of work measurement.
