Job Description & responsibilities
* Uphold the requirements of the UAE Occupational Health and Safety legislation
* Implement the execution, monitoring and reporting of compliance with the Project Safety Management Plan (SMP) and Contractor Safety Plans
* Attend daily interface meeting
* Attend weekly and monthly safety meetings
* Review compliance of safety procedures
* Appraise Contractors internal audits and make recommendations to remedy non-compliance with the Act or the Site Safety Plan
* Meet with contractors where critical issues of non compliance are detected.
* Personal review evacuation processes
* Facilitate the provision of specific inductions
* Participate in Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment
* Implementing the Safety and Environmental Policy of the Company.
