Duputed to General Electric Company, USA since November 2006. Responsible for Power Plant Desing and drawing preparations which includes Plant Models, Piping layouts, isometrics, P&Ids, Bill of Materials and reports. Also performing Stress Analysis, Pipe thickness calculations using Crane standards and detail engineering.

This firm is a leading Heavy Engineering Industry in India, involved in the turnkey supplies of Chemical, Sugar, Cement, and Steel Plants and also manufactures High tech and Space equipment.
Responsibilities include preparation of detailed drawings for plant layouts, detailed Process flow diagrams, Process piping plans and Piping Isometrics using AutoCAD, preparation of drawings for pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers and other equipment like evaporators, vacuum pans, crystallizers, clarifiers, sulphitors, mixers etc., Worked on Local Area Network, (NOVELL).
Developed programs in AUTOLISP for TUBE SHEETS LAYOUT to TEMA standards i.e. arriving outside diameter, laying tubes to the required pitches, providing space for stay rods on tube sheet and finally generating the tube sheet drawing automatically by just keying in the required design parameters.
Developed programs in AUTOLISP for heat exchangers shells, dished ends & welding details.
Developed program for extracting BILL OF MATERIALS automatically by calculating the individual part weights, total quantity weight by interacting with the external DATABASE (like materials, specific weights, material codes) stored in other applications in the form of attributes and generate REPORTS in different formats.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Obtained testimonial of credit for achieving their target for Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery, Saudi Arabia by producing 1000 plus AS-BUILT drawings (Complete Refinery Process Schemes, Plot plans, Piping etc.)
