* Monitor & update certification & re-certification of all static equipment such as meter tanks, separators, burner booms, heaters, test tree, flow head, heat exchangers, choke manifold, sand filters, coflex hose, pipe spools, pipe rack, propane rack, basket container, laboratory container, flame arrestor, data heaters, diverter manifold, air manifold, lifting equipment such as sling, turn buckles, shackles, padeyes of all well testing equipments.
* Monitor & update certification & re-certification of all rotating equipment such as pumps & air compressor.
* Schedule the certification & re-certification of all static equipment & rotating equipment as per company requirements.
* Inquire quotation of load testing, pressure testing, NDT inspection such as visual inspection, dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, radiographic testing, and ultrasonic testing on Third Party Inspection Company & choose which is economical & competent in performing the job.
* Inquire quotations on different purchaser on local & abroad by calling & surfing to internet for equipment to purchase, fabricate & spare parts & find out which is best & economical.
* Witness wall thickness, magnetic particle inspection, penetrant testing, load testing, and hydrotesting of all static & rotating equipment by third party inspection.
