Arabian Industrial Fibers Company Complex consists of three integrated plants which produces Aromatics (450000 T/Y Benzene, 375000 t/y paraxylene), PTA (Purified Terephthalic Acid capacity of 350,000 tons/year), Polyester and Bottle Grade Chips.

* To design and develop the new control system/Data acquisition system, and up gradation of existing systems, selection of new suitable instruments, equipments and controllers for the process improvement, reliability and to remove the bad characters form the plant.
* To direct, supervise and technical support to the maintenance department, Project department for, Engineering,programming,Intallation,maintenance, upgradtion,modification, commissioning activities of PLC(Siemens, Allen Bradley,Gefanuc,Modicon etc),DCS( Yokogawa Centum 3000),HYBRID(Siemens PCS7,),ESD,F&G, Data Acquisition system, Vibration Monitoring System(3500 Bently Nevada (BN) Anti surge Control System installed on Plant of various vendors.
* Directed, and supervised Engineering, installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and modification activities carried out on PTA,Aromatics Plant of Electric, Electronic, Pneumatic and microprocessor based Field Instruments, sensors, smart transmitters, equipments. Of various vendors includes Yokogawa,EH,Rosemount,Emerson,Honewell,ABB,Siemens etc
* To improve the plant availability and reliability, to optimize operation and maintenance cost and control risks by using APM (asset performance management) techniques, using state of art technology and software's (Meridium etc).have used and implemented following reliability tools to improve the Plant Reliability and equipments instruments performance.

Also, try to reduce maintenance cost by improving the system performance and optimize maintenance systems.
* To provide technical support basic engineering to the EPC contractors in regards of Instrumentation and Control on different ongoing and new projects.
* Conducts investigations of functional engineering design problems, devising practical approaches to the problem, formulating plans and solutions.
* Being innovative and brings forward cost saving ideas. Contributes to the CPI process. Recommends improvements to procedures and practices
* To Initiates action to change requirements that are no longer valid in order to facilitate improvements to prevent recurrence of problems in equipments plant...
* To Maintains knowledge of safety policies and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner, and if supervising others, has responsibility for the safety of those being supervised and ensures they comply with established safety policies, procedures and safe work habits. Appropriately acts on and monitors the clearance of corrective actions and audit findings.

Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL), a subsidiary of The Attock Oil Company Limited (AOC) a growth oriented leading Oil & Gas exploration and Production Company in Pakistan.
In addition to exploration and production of oil and gas, POL also operating Oil refinery, LPG plants, solvent oil and sulphur recovery Plants.

Have designed and install Tank gauging system for 65 oil Tanks in NRL.used E&H radar transmitters along with Temperature, pressure transmitters. used E&H Fuel Manager tank gauging system.
Sequence of Event Recording System in KESC POWER PLANT:
Have designed installed 1500 I/Os Sequence of Event Recording System of GE Fanuc PAC series Rx7i for Turbines. installed in KESC BQPS (Karachi Electric supply Corporation Bin Qasim Power Station). Worked on programming, configuring and commissioning of PAC RX7i system.
Tank Alarming System for CALTEX OIL TERMINALS:
Designed and develop the Tank alarming system for CALTEX OIL tanks in NRL and PRL.used Micro PLCs and levels transmitters and switches.
Redundant Control System at BSN Pharma industry:
Designed and Installed Control System with HMI Interface on Distillation unit in B-S-N Medical. Worked on PLC programming and developing of HMI interface
