Role: Control Systems & Instrumentation Engineer
Responsibilities:
Build new controls for various devices and machines at the plant with ABB distributed control systems (DCS ) using the existing drawings.
Build new loops and graphics for the ABB ADVANT OCS.
Configured automatic reports using Excel and VBA to generate automatic sequencing in batch reporting.
Configured automatic reports generation for batch reporting using third party tools like crystal reports and datadirect softwares
Analyse document, implement,maintain and improve existing controls,facilities,components,products and systems for commercial and industrial purposes.
Configured Logs and Trends on the DCS.
Wrote TCL sequencing programs for incorporating new instrument loops for the plant expansion.
