* Co-ordination with field engineering for review in VENDOR engineering drawings.
* Review/approve the VENDOR equipment electrical drawing, material specification & installation related to the tank cathodic protection (inside/outside) prior to release the foundation to the erection contractor.
* Review/approve the VENDOR painting / insulation material specifications & method of application.
* Verify/involve with CLIENT OPERATION department in order to ensure correlation of VENDOR tank design packages (instrument, civil & piping).
* Co-ordination with process, field engineering/design for any modification or field change occurs.
* Process P & ID conformity verification to ensure the fabrication/construction done as per project approved engineering.
* Effective co-ordination/involved with COMPANY's commissioning/operation department & end user for successful hand over/release the equipment to start-up.
* Respond to subcontractor regarding engineering clarification & deviations request.
* Review the weekly Shipment status received from Material Manager.
* Review directly with Material Manager the Urgent material required and inform Subcontractor about the ETA (estimated time arrival).

FABRICATION, SITE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION, QA/QC, HSE & PROJECT CONTROL.

* Pre inspection to the VENDOR materials/documents which are in receipt at our end in order to ensure conformity of fabrication done as per approved engineering & Project Specification.
* Review on daily basis the RIT summary issued by Subcontractor and has to witness the critical inspections together with QA/QC inspector.
* Responsible for the complete subcontractor shop fabrication, construction & erection or installation of equipments done conformity to the project specification.
* Responsible to monitor fabrication & site construction at site activities to ensure that works under supervision is performed as per project site regulations.
* Responsible to ensure that site works under supervision is performed in conformity to the project specifications and IFC drawings.
* Responsible to monitor the welding productivity, progressive NDT/NDE CONTROLS performed as per the project requirement.
* To issue NCR (Non Conformity Report) in case of any precede work not conformity to the project specification or approved drawing.
* Follow-up with Inspection department to take necessary action if the corrective action is not done immediately on site.
* To make sure that recording and tracking of all inspection on QCF (Quality Control Forms) is done correctly by subcontractor.
* Supervision to check the status of Handover documentation in Take-Over Xp (Handover software) and make sure that there is no backlog and that priority systems are closed.
* Follow up with subcontractors for timely closing punch items prior to release the equipment to pre ¨Ccommissioning.
* Responsible to review/comment the project required documentation, Quality Control plan (QCP), Method Statement (MSP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Material Approval request (MTS), Lifting study/plan (STY) & NDT/NDE Procedures & Testing procedures, are issued and approved on time to not delay the work.
* Responsible to make sure that works under supervision is performed in respect of the safety rules & to take immediate action on site when ever unsafe situation is found.
* SAFETY MOTO/IMPLEMENTS: PROJECT HSE Specification compliance, 0' LTI, STARRT, UNSAFE OBSERVATION, TOOL BOX TALK, SAFETY FLYERS/FOSTERS, SAFETY WALK TROUGH, LPI.
* Supervision to make sure that Subcontractor is achieving the planned weekly progress.
* Verify & approve the Subcontractor weekly construction progress sheet (CPMS).
* Keep expedite with subcontractor in order to make sure that Subcontractor is always achieving the planned schedule/progress in line with.
