Focus on Systems verification, acceptance and handover process
Participate in walk-downs to verify/validate systems readiness status. Ensure all construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning process are carried out in accordance with site Engineering, SEIC/SHELL standards and Russian Federation regulations.
Ensure that all non-conformances are followed-up through punch-list and additional engineering review through site MOC process/queries. Follow-up on the status of these items to completion.
Verify and validate all pre-commissioning/commissioning dossiers, mark-up drawings, documentation etc for acceptance.
Accept completed systems and forward to site operations management team for final approval and acceptance
Verify material systems and ensure the proper handover of spare from Commissioning to Operations and also the status of materials/spares on order.
Support OPF Integrated start-up team and participate in initial start-up and normalization of process and facilities.
