A) Working with PETROFAC as "ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT ENGINEER " for various power plant of GREATER NILE PETROLEUM OPERATING COMPANY (SUDAN) through out – production, processing, pipe lines facilities since from 06 May 2004 to till date. With rotation of 5 weeks / 3 weeks
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1) Planning maintenance, technical support, attending breakdown, maintain inventory through EAM OF ERP, daily, weekly and monthly report, conversant with PERMIT TO WORK, RISK ASSESSMENT for job, safety audit, tool box talk
2) On the job training to local people. Communication skills to communicate with different nationality people, Handling of man power through out pipe line. Material request, query, order and purchase follow up
3) Worked towards 99 % reliability of power plant. Worked on ERP, EAM, CMMS, HOLEC, SCADA, ALLEN BRADLEY PLC, BENTLY NEVADA VIBRATION SYSTEM

1) Electrically commissioning carried out for Allen Diesel Engine 4012
2) Developed CMMS for Marine Terminal facility
3) Carried out electrical safety audit for power plant
4) Carried out air system audit and save energy of 24973 KWH per year, economical benefit of 12012 US dollar per year and emission-environmental benefit – Green House Gas reduction 15 Metric tons CO2 means 3 cars off the road. This improvement without investment.
5) With 400 US Dollar investments for water system energy saving is 54044 KWH per year, economical benefit of 25995 US dollar per year and emission-environmental benefit—Green House Gas reduction 33 Metric tons CO2 means 7.2 cars off the road with payback period of 5.6 days.
6) Responsible for engineering modification via Management of Change Procedure.
B) Worked with "STANDARD ALKALI LTD" as SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER for Captive Power Plant Project of 35 MW Since 10 March 1997 to 06 May 2004. Was reporting to DY. GENERAL MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1) Planning maintenance, attending breakdown, operation of power plant with co-ordination of production facilities. Energy conservation, Monthly energy audit, plotting performance curve for power plant. Daily and monthly energy calculation with per unit cost.
2) 35 MW power plants with 14560 KVA, 11 KV Siemens Generator with engine of 12 V 48 / 60 were running in parallel with state grid with the help of LOAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
3) 100 KV substation with 25 MVA transformers, SF6 breaker, MOCB, High Voltage capacitor bank, distance protection, zone protection, over current protection, df / dt protection, sectional bus bar system. Microprocessor based protection system for power plant
4) Waste heat recovery boiler of 6 tons / hr with 10 kg / cm2 capacities.
5) Dealing with workshop vendor, Material Order, Purchase Order, Handling of 25 number of man power
ACHIVEMENT IN STANDARD ALKALI LTD:-
1) Improvement carried out for system reliability, developed software with circuit for fully automatic / manually load sharing scheme for all generator for parallel with state grid
2) Modification carried out in existing separator.
3) Knowledge of SIEMENS SIPART DR 22 microprocessor controller for active/reactive power control.

1) Before leaving company I was selected as "PROJECT ENGINEER" for new coming COATING MACHINE for erection, commissioning, testing with GERMAN ENGINEER.
2) Erection, commissioning and testing of MITSUBISHI OFF SET PRESS carried out successfully.
D) Worked in "NIRLON SYNTHETIC FIBERS AND CHEMICAL LTD" as ASSISTANT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER from 22 June 1995 to 9 April 1996. Was reporting to ASSISTANT MANAGER
