KEY RESPONSIBILITY:-
My major responsibilities are given below which are working on the above projects
* 3D modeling of piping, static & rotating equipment, support, and structural in PDMS.
* Design and detailing of piping systems per ASME codes and standards.
* Preparation of overall plot plan from PDMS draft module.
* Preparation of equipment, piping and mechanical handling layout from PDMS draft module.
* Updating and incorporate the changes in 3D model and 2D layouts per the revision P&ID's.
* Preparation of GAD and layout drawings of plant and equipments.
* Nozzle orientation and valve orientation.
* Resolve the pipe clashes and data consistency error.
* Partake in design review, other project relevant and ensures the observation are incorporated.
* Preparation of data consistence and clash reports along with deliverable isometric drawing.
* Preparation of MTO from the PDMS as well as manually for procurement.
* Extract the isometric drawing from PDMS and checking the isometric drawing.
* Preparation of Piping Spec Data Sheets, Valve Data Sheets.
* Identify and implement process improvement to reduce the cycle time & cost.
* Provide quality assurance reviews and detailed checking support.
* Coordinate with other department like process, structural, E&I and mechanical to solve the respective problems.
* Maintain and monitor the drawing development progress.
* Meet project commitments and deliver to schedule.
