Duties:
* Update of planning's and schedules for the Project tasks.
* Undertaking of specific tasks:
* Particular Specification,
* Bid comparison tables and final recommendations meetings with the key suppliers. Vendor documentation review (drawings, functional analysis, logic diagrams, specifications, Testing procedures and test reports) inspectons, FAT
* Detailed installation studies for the Equipments, Valves, Pressure regulators, Differential pressure switches, Flow Detectors, Level indicators, Temperature Transmitter and Gauges.
* Drawings, Lay-out, Hook-up, Materials Schedules.
* Organization of Communication paths towards the others disciplines (project management, process, electricity, piping, mechanical packages pressure vessels, procurement, expediting, and inspection.
* Preparation of the list of documents making up the contract deliverables.
* Witness factory acceptance for instruments and package unit etc.
* Preparing Material Submittals Complying Project Specification and get the approval form the Consultant.
* Quantity take-off from Drawings to place the orders for the materials required and followings.
* Materials Co-Ordinations with Suppliers, Manufactures, and Fabricators.
* Involved inspection the delivered Material against the Order & Approvals.
* Allocation of work force achieves the targets.
* Co-Ordination with Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors Sub Contractors, for the Project Executions.
* Raise the RFI for any deviation in design.
* Raise the inspection request for the executed work.
* Co-Ordination with other services Engineers to make the service as per the site conditions.
* Co-Ordinate with Main Contractors, Architects, to Completion the Projects.
* Submit the Billing Qty to get the amount form main Contractors in every month as per the progress.
* Expert in preparing contracts & Certification for Sub contractors & In House Contractors.

* Contribute to assigned projects form proposal to delivery, Generation of design basis documents.
* Development of technical studies and reports,
* Preparation of bid specifications and bid evaluation,
* Coordinate engineering and design activities with other project disciplines, Supervision of drafting and design activities, Checking all documentation and drawings. Coordination of vendor data and manuals Supports of construction, Commissioning and star-up of new facilities.
