Intools Design Engineer—The project scope was to replace the existing multipoint Thermocouple temperature bundles in 3 Reactors for temperature safety monitoring of reactor operation. The Skin Thermocouples to monitor reactor shell temperatures and create loop controls for 2 new Analyzers, instrument index were also replaced. Verified location for Input Output points in existing DCS panel. Responsible for design of all Intools issues and data sheet. Key design person from beginning to end of project.

PLAINS PIPELINE L.P-OIL AND GAS PUMP STATION, Wyoming.
(2006- 2008)
Electrical Engineer—Provided power and several control Pumps, MOV, Strainers, Meter skids, and Sampling skids for 5 separate pump stations. Helped lead engineer review and specifications for all electrical equipment and responsible to design all requirements of the project such as: one line diagram, load calculation, cable and conduit sizing, panel schedule, cable schedule, design MCC and generate motor schematic and wiring diagram, and ESD, lighting. Designed PLC panel by independently developing Input Output list and understanding design process of control to generate loops drawing and interconnections between panels. Independently designed heat tracing packages for all 5 station,s from conceptual design to construction; grounding and underground conduit plan. Interfaced with vendors to check the accuracy of panels. Key design person from start to end of project.
