* Sensor: Designed, implemented and demonstrated the working of a Surface Acoustic Wave Sensor based on AlN/Sapphire. The AlN thin film deposition was carried out using the Plasma Source Molecular Beam Epitaxy System. The surface was characterized; the device fabricated using Photolithography and then tested using a Network Analyzer
