Project Name/Description:
Marib-Shabwah Block 1 & 69 Drilling Operation: (Client: SIPC E&P YEMEN) Operational start up to drill one land Rig 909 at well name Abelat -1. It is a fixed land rig including all equipments for operation in the same area.
Block 1 & 69 lies in the middle of Marib-Shabwah basin which is prolific with oil and gas and holds an area of 1324 km2 with sandy and relatively flat surface in southeast. The block, with small elevation difference in the south and there are more sand dune in northwest of block 69.
Kashagan Field is an oil field located in Kazakhstan. The field is situated in the northern part of the Caspian Sea close to the Kazakhstan city of Atyrau. The field was discovered in 2000. The field is operated by Eni under the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement. The Agreement is made up of 7 companies consisting of Eni (18.52%), Shell (18.52%), Total (18.52%), ExxonMobil (18.52%), ConocoPhillips (9.26%), KazMunayGas (8.33%), Inpex (8.33%). The original group included BG Group instead of KazMunayGas; however BG sold its stake to the partners in 2004. Eni operates this project under the JV company name of AgipKCO (Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating Company N.V.)
One of the larger discoveries of this decade, it is estimated that the Kashagan Field contains up to 18 billion barrels of recoverable reserves of oil. The field faces a number of challenges: it is offshore in a particularly harsh environment, and it is located in a potentially volatile geopolitical climate.
Kashagan Drilling Operation: (Client: Agip KCO)Ongoing Operation to drill of 27 wells (firm) and 7 wells (optional) to be drilled from an artificial island drilling centre (D-Island) by two rigs (Rig 401 & Rig 402) simultaneously. The rigs have possibly to skid on different slots in single row; the system is innovative: there are not a rails like a normal skidding system but four (for DES) and ten (for DSM) jacking cylinders that lift DES and DSM of the ground and as many skidding cylinders that skid the rigs 20" per time.
Kashagan Drilling Project (Construction Phase): (Client: Agip KCO)Construction and installation of two drilling rigs (Rig 401 and 402 both rig has typical designs of drilling support modules, drilling equipment system with mast structures) and Common system including piping's, Fire & Gas, boilers, MCC units, Generators, tanks of diesel, barite, OBM, base oil, waste water, cementing tanks and mud mixing tank.
Ras Laffan to Mesaieed Sweet Gas 36" New Pipeline Project: (Client: Qatar Petroleum) Construction of Sweet Gas 36" New high pressure pipeline, cathodic protection and fiber optic cable installation (from Ras Laffan to Mesaieed Qatar Petroleum Plant) at approximately 140 kms. including swamp (Off shore) and land (Onshore) area pipeline construction. Achieve 2 million man hours without Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
East-West to Rabigh Crude Oil-1 36" New Pipeline Project: (Client: Saudi Aramco) Construction of new 36" high pressure pipeline, cathodic protection and fiber optic cable installation (from East-West to Rabigh Plant) at approximately 146 km. including swamp (Off shore) and land (Onshore) area pipeline construction. Achieve 2 million man hours without Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
Sales Gas to Yanbu through AY-1 Pipeline Conversion Project (Client: Saudi Aramco): Modification and conversion of existing 48" AY-1 Crude Oil Pipeline for Sales Gas Use, starting from E/W PS-1, along E/W pipeline corridor to Yanbu Crude Oil Terminal. Achieve 2 million man hours without Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
First Gas Power Plant Construction Project (Client: First Gas Power): The largest New Power Plant Construction in Philippines, Constructing tank farms, barge/truck loading facilities, main electric sub-stations, pump station and pipeline 56", 48", 36", 20", 14" in diameter. Achieve 2 million man hours without Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
