* January 2009 – present:- Expert Engineer - Snamprogetti Romania
My responsibilities include projects planning/ programming and analysis of department workload, development of internal design review procedure for Milan department, update the existing procedures for compliance with the actual department field of activity, ensuring that the Quality System is supported by adequate and effective controlling documents and attending company quality meetings as department reference.

* July 2008 – December 2008 - Expert Engineer - Support for engineering activities -assignment to Snamprogetti SPA– Italy, Milan
Department referent for the interdisciplinary working group providing interface between Technical Units and Construction Department. In this role, I have been responsible for the standardization and update of the documentation delivered to the Construction Department for implementation in the construction management program - SICON. The achievement consists in development of a new template to be used as reference for future projects and the improvement of data transfer modalities to Construction Department for planning and monitoring works/ work progress measurement/ work accounting/ quality control and certification for instrumentation/ automation/ telecommunication site construction activities.
I have also prepared the user manual for SICON interface and held presentations and training courses concerning the above activity to the local instrumentation department (Milan) and to the external engineering centers in India and France.

* July 2007 – July 2008: ENI R&M – ROSE Deasphalting Unit - Instrument site assistance assignment to Snamprogetti SPA– Italy, Sannazzaro de' Burgondi Refinery
In the role of Field Specialist Supervisor, I was responsible with supervision activity of the assigned contractor (supervision of instrumentation cable laying and connections, installation of instruments, cable trays and trenches/ duct banks, conduit pipe, junction boxes, hook-ups, electrical tracing, instrument air network with/ without pots, telecommunication devices, F&G devices in field and building, fusible plug networks and panels, local panels, cabinets, valves and instrument calibration, loop checking), technical support and technical documentation delivery to contractor, assessment and verification of work progress and its accountancy by the contractor, ensuring that test, controls and inspections are carried out in accordance with the established schedule and quality system, providing on-field checking on contractors/ suppliers with regards to HSE aspects. I was also involved in client kick off meeting, progress review meeting, punch list clearance system sign off, site modification as required at site condition, discuss & finalize with clients changes required at site, coordination with vendor representative for special instruments like Coriolis flowmeter/ analysers/ F&G detectors/ radar level transmitters, CCTV/ PAGA/ INTERCOM system checking/commissioning.

I was also responsible for implementing the construction activities into the integrated construction management system – SICON and for the Quality Control Certification activity and "as-built" documentation check.

* March 2007 – May 2007: ARAMCO– Khursaniyah Producing Facilities & Utilities Project Saudi Arabia Task Force - assignment to Snamprogetti SPA– Italy, Milan
In the role of Project Specialist Leader, I was responsible for the supervision, communication with the client, document check, report preparation, technical support and guidance to the team in charge with the verification and update of INtools Database, cross-checking with P&ID, Instrument wiring connections generation and Instrument Loop Diagram and Instrument Segment Diagram generation using INtools SmartPlant Instrumentation.

Project Specialist Leader - Responsibilities included: Supervision, technical support and guidance to the juniors allocated on the 2 project bids, both in terms of quality and programme, to meet project milestones. Assemble technical bids and provide discipline input to Milan office.

In the role of Project Specialist Leader (Sept 2006 – Jan 2007), I was responsible for the technical quality and output of work, assuring the communication with Milan Office, team coordination, documents/drawings check, maintaining the interface with other disciplines (piping, civil, electric), preparing reports and change orders, attendance and contribution to the periodical interdisciplinary review meetings, final verification of documents for close-out.
