* Stress analysis performed for Reciprocating Compressor suction lines for 6" and Discharge lines for 4" in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3 and Allowable nozzle load as per Equipment Manufacturer Allowable loads.

* Stress analysis performed for Centrifugal Compressor suction lines for 14" and Discharge lines for 8" in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3 and Allowable nozzle load as per API 617 and Equipment Manufacturer Allowable loads.

* Stress analysis performed for Air cooler Heat Exchanger suction lines for 10" and 6" in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3 and Allowable nozzle load as per NEMA SM 23 and API 661 and Equipment Manufacturer Allowable loads.

* Stress analysis performed for 8" Buried Pipe Line at 140Km length for gas piping in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.8 and found the Anchor block force.

* Pressure Relief valve reaction force calculation and 24", 20" and 12" Flare line analysis as per ASME B 31.3.

* Stress analysis performed for Hot production Well head Pipe for 4" with Ball joint Scissor arrangement in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3.

Responsibilities Include:

* Stress analysis performed for 48" Flare Line Piping in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3.

* Stress analysis performed for 20" Oily water Transfer pump Suction and Discharge Line Piping in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3.

* Stress analysis performed for 24" Line of Effluent water system with Buried GRE Piping in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3.

* Stress analysis performed for 16" and 18" Lines of Oily water system with Buried GRE Piping in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3

* Ascertain stresses of GRE piping system are within the allowable per B31.3.

* Determine the restraint loadings at pipe supports and tie-in point.

(ii) Modification of Tank Vapor system, crude tank filling pipe works & Reconstruction of Tanks at Gathering Centers 2, 3, 9, 11 and Modification of Boot Risers at 14 GC's, (South & East Kuwait)

Responsibilities Include:

* Stress analysis performed for 6",8",10" Lines at 15m height for Boot riser modifications for Wet crude oil tank and Dual crude (wet and dry) oil tanks in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3.

* Stress analysis performed for 16",20",30" and 36" Lines of Crude oil inlet, Crude oil outlet piping for Dual and Dry crude oil tanks in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3

* Stress analysis performed for 36" Flare line for Dual crude oil tank and Dry crude oil tanks in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3.

* Review location of piping supports as per stress calculation and recommend possible location to accommodate other piping layout attaining minimal pipe spacing especially on pipe-rack.

* Review IFC drawings to ensure that correct information is transmitted.

(iii) Heaters & Boilers safety up gradation and Emission control project, Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation - Shuaiba Refinery, Kuwait.

Client: Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation, Kuwait.
Contractor: Engineers India Ltd., India & HEISCO.
Responsibilities Include:

* Stress analysis performed for 6" turbine exhaust line and 4" turbine inlet line in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3 with Equipment Manufacturer Allowable Nozzle loads.

(iv) Heavy fuel oil pipe line from Mina Al-Ahamadi Refinery to Doha west power station, Kuwait. (120 km)

Responsibilities Include:

* Preparation of Wall thickness calculations for 20" pipelines as per B31.4.

* Stress analysis performed for 20",10" and 8" Lines of on-plot piping (MAA Refinery, TL3-Cross over, Doha west power station) in accordance with the requirements of ASME B31.3 and B31.4.

Responsibilities Include:

* Develop and check system design drawings in conformance with project specifications, design parameters, codes and industry practices.
