Spares parts, and review,
Rectifying the fault and mistake happened during project.
Perform Daily weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance on all instruments and devices.
Trouble shoot, resolve technical problem,
Test, calibrates and repair.
Minimise the downtime of all installed instruments (with planned maintenance and continuous improvement procedure)
Form part of team in implementing, supervising of new installation and new actually project
( CEGELEC Télésurveuillance ).
Working in high standard and safety recommendation.
Well practice and knowledge of following equipments, devices and software's
2 turbo generators: PGT2 (Nuovo Pignone )several intervention with Nuovo Pignone agents, 02 turbo-pumps: MAN TURBO THM 1203, 3 boosters: Flowserve, REPCO Gas Skid for power Turbines,
DCS: YOKOGAWA CS3000. well knowledge and practice
HMI: WONDERWARE (Intouch 7.11),good knowledge.
PLC: SIEMENS S7, TBOX, MODICON AUTOMATION PL7, ALLEN BRADLY SLC500
Well practical knowledge maintenance, test, modification
ESD: Allen Brabley GUARD2000 for all process acceptable knowledge.
DIGICON is like (MARK2) for PGT2 control good practical knowledge,, also many knowledge in, MARK6
PACKSCAN: network control motor valve test; setting limit switch...
VIBRATION: BENTLY NEVADA 3300, 3500 setting, maintains and test.
