Project: DOMESTIC GAS SUPPLY PROJECT
Position: Senior Instrument Engineer
Client: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN).
Job responsibilities include:
* Preparation of instructions, calculations, specifications, data sheets, drawings and other documents required to complete the final detailed design of all field instruments and control systems for the scope of work.
* Create MTO list for this scope of work.
* Create data sheets for all required field instrumentation.
* Update the SAFE CHARTS to reflect the new installation.

Job responsibilities include: The purpose of Swamp area gas gathering for N-NLG Trains T4/T5 project is to increase the sales gas export capacity by up to 500 MMSCFD. New processing equipment and vessels will be added to implement additional gas production. An extension of the existing integrated control system (DCS & ESD/PSD integrated system) shall be provided for the Swamp gas gathering development. This extension shall function in conjunction with the existing facilities.

Job responsibilities include: The purpose of this project is to embark on the Early oil phase of the Santa Barbara further oil development project which basically entails the tie-back of 5 EOD wells to the existing facilities via a new manifold extension. This phase is projected to improve the facility uptime from an estimated value of 65% to above 85%. Based on the requirements of the project, SIF classification was done to determine safety integrity levels of instrument, HAZOP was also done as well as constructability review before the final IFC package was submitted.

Project: Alternative export of Ekulama 2 flow station production via GPHSL FEED and detailed design.
Client: SPDC
Job responsibilities include: The purpose of this project is to install and replace a number of pipelines relating to the project together with associated facilities. In 2004, management approved the derating of the NCTL from 69 Bar to 39 Bar (operating), a major trunk line exporting crude oil from a number flow stations connected to the NCTL (including Ekulama 2 Flow Station) to Bonny terminal. This derating was necessitated by unresolved integrity issues, thus prompting development of alternative routes to evacuate crude to Bonny terminal. The "Alternative export of Ekulama 2 flow station production via GPHSL" project is one of such developments to export crude from Ekulama 2 flow station to Bonny terminal. Based on the requirements of the project, SIF classification was done to determine safety integrity levels of instrument, HAZOP was also done as well as Constructability review before the final IFC package was submitted. The relevant DEP's, specifications and standards were used for the accomplishment of this project

Project: the Remote Field Manifold (RFM) installation SPDC.
Client: SPDC
Job responsibilities include: The Remote Field Manifold will be installed on a platform close to the inlet manifold of Nembe II flow station. The Remote Field Manifold (RFM) installation was necessitated by ullage constraints and in order to balance production across the district flow stations, three of the wells to be drilled, are to be produced to Nembe IV flow station. Of these three wells, 2 which are located in Nembe Central and require a river crossing to flow to Nembe IV will be routed via a Remote Field Manifold. However, the remote field manifold is to gather crude oil from two wells to be drilled as part of Phase 1 in Q1, 2007 and more wells to be drilled as part of the Phase 2 project. Phase 1 & 2 are to be executed back to back. The concept involves the installation of oil gathering manifolds at Nembe II flow station and laying short lengths of flowlines from the wellheads to the RFM.
The RFM will commingle production from wells of similar pressure regimes and evacuate the flow through bulk lines installed between the RFM and Nembe IV flowstation.Based on the requirements of the project, SIF classification was done to determine Safety Integrity Levels of instrument, HAZOP was also done as well as Constructability review before the final IFC package was submitted. The relevant DEP's, specifications and standards were used for the accomplishment of this project.

Project: UBIT 'B' Internal Slot Addition Project
Client: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN).
Job responsibilities include: The overall purpose of the project is to increase production at Ubit B by the addition of a new internal slot to accommodate one more wellhead. The project involved instrumentation modifications for the additional wellhead.

Project: UBIT 'GH' field redevelopment project
Client: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN).
Job responsibilities include: The primary scope of the project includes the following:
* Installation of a new 9-slot Wellhead control panel (WHCP-3) and 6-Slot Pressure pilots, extension of existing fusible loop to the new Wellheads and gas Lift manifolds area, tubing tray extensions /Tie-ins, instrument gas Header supply / tie-ins.
As Part of the Engineering design activities, a Site Survey was undertaken to identify the followings:
