This experience includes project, site, construction or turnaround management and experience with the N.E.C., O.S.H.A., ISO 9002, HAZOPS, SAFETY. I also have experience with the EPA's FEMS regulations for air emissions compliance monitoring and standard QA/QC Inspection Standards.
Technical skills include the engineering, specification, design, and installation of all control, analytical, or complex electro-mechanical instruments. This experience includes fiber optics, power distribution, lighting, grounding, and 480Vac motor controls. I am also proficient in AutoCAD 2005 for the production of any detailed engineering design packages or training and operations manuals.
Control systems experience includes many installations or expansions of HONEYWELL TDC 3000, FOXBORO I/A DCS's distributive control systems or GE, SEIMANS, and ALLEN BRADLEY PLC's. This experience includes the hardware specification, hardware placement, graphics production and system startup.
Maintenance and construction experience includes calibration, equipment placement, system startup, trouble shooting, commissioning, on-line or hot cut over operations, the development and implementation of preventive maintenance and equipment run time optimization programs.
