Regular activities

*Perform pipe stress analysis (Flexibility, Weight, Steam Hammer, Seismic, Two-phase flow conditions, Relief valve openings, Pump evaluation, Wind loading and Spring selection of high and low temperature critical piping systems per ASME B31.1 and B31.3. on large petrochemical complexes at a wide range of design conditions and materials, using Caesar II Pipe Stress program and hand calculations

*Perform analysis of nozzle loads.

*Prepare engineering computations and analysis.

*Extract engineering information from CAD drawings and coordinate the design of special pipe supports as required.

*Frequently interface with other Engineering disciplines and other departments.

*Provide technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and new graduates.

*Perform other responsibilities associated with pipe stress as required.

*Design review and mark up stress isos' with relevant comments for piping design, civil structural and vessel groups.
