Summary:
Instrument Engineer with over 23 years experience in project engineering, construction, commissioning and plant maintenance. Overseas experience includes over 10 years in Saudi Arabia, Trinidad, Africa and Peru. I have done design, construction, commissioning, start-up and plant maintenance. Senior Instrument Engineer Responsible for review and approval of EPC engineering Instrument specifications, procedures and drawings. Lead client Instrument Engineer for the ICSS FAT and approval of EPC installations and commissioning activities. Development of plant Instrument procedures including SIL test procedures, PST and procedures required to ensure the plant instrument systems meets plant reliability goals.
