Detail Engineer Packages (DEP)

1. "UPGRADE PNEUMATIC INSTRUMENTS OF FINISHING AREA PROJECT" (For Kemya Plant)
The project involves selecting new Electronic Instrument with same specs as existing Instruments and controllers, New IO assignment in DCS, wiring up-gradation in Intools. Preparation of as built drawings for field layout, local and control room panels. Construction supervision

2. SHIFTING OF CONTROL STATIONS FROM LOCAL CONTROL ROOM TO MCR (FOR ABN ZAHAR PLANT)
I worked Independently on a Control System, There was following system has to shifted;
1. Honeywell DCS System
2. HMIs
3. PLCs
4. F.O. Cable Connection and converters.
5. Some Hardwired Signals
I prepared new control system architecture and detail drawings, also provided demolition drawings.
Note: I completed this job with in three week; this time frame was very limited and challenging. After commissioning this project management appreciate my struggle and hardworking.

3. REPLACEMENT OF K-TRON EXTRUDER PANEL WITH NEW UPGRADE VERSION. (For Kemya Plant)
PROJECT SCOPE INCLUDED REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING SUPERSEDE EXTRUDER CONTROLLER WITH LATEST CONTROLLER.
